In the field of professional training, the degree processes become a moment of great transcendence and high responsibility for university institutions, becoming a permanent object of study and academic discussion. The problem associated with how to strengthen the degree processes in the context of a diversification of its forms emerges from the dynamics of the institutional design and the design corresponding to the professionalizing careers. The research has applied various general and specific methods of science, which are situated in a mixed research approach with a descriptive scope from a documentary and field study, which have provided valuable information in order to project a model and a strategy for the development of the degree in the modality of complex examination, achieving significant results in a first stage of implementation in the context of the UNIANDES University of Quevedo.
