The continuous training of the Secondary School teacher is a process that must respond to the vertiginous changes that are generated in society and to the demands of the stage of development that the students go through. Thus, the teacher at this educational level needs to master aspects related to groups of adolescents and the attention to problems that may arise in this space. However, the empirical study based on the analysis of documents, interviews with managers and a questionnaire to determine the teacher's training needs, showed difficulties in educational practice with respect to the continuous training of teachers in dealing with social rejection. with insufficient development of knowledge, skills and attitudes to promote harmonious and inclusive relationships in adolescent groups. The objective of the work was to propose a strategy for the continuous training of the Secondary School teacher in the attention to social rejection in groups of adolescents, which contemplates the current conceptions about the continuous training of the teacher, with a participatory, collaborative, reflective and practical nature, structured in four phases that allow feedback. The novelty of the study lies in addressing the attention to social rejection in groups of adolescents as a content of the continuous training of the Secondary School teacher.
