The educational administration is the activity that guarantees the adequate and correct disposition of goods and resources to optimize and to develop all that is concerned to the educational system. As from the appearing of Covid's pandemic 19, the educational processes suffered a bigger deterioration with affectations in all the levels. The race of Business Administration in UNI-ANDES proposed the students developing practical activities that they allow them to acquire skill and experiences in strategic planning, presenting the objective to apply the acquired theory on administration to the educational intervening space the evaluation of the present-day status of the standards of quality in the Unidad Educativa Ambato as from identifying the components that affect the standards of quality and drawing improving strategies for quality assurance. The token ring of the Manual for implementation and evaluation of the standards of educational quality were used for the evaluation of the standards of quality. The accomplished pilot considers herself successful inasmuch as they managed to apply the theory received of administration when determining that over 50 % of the examined parameters find implemented satisfactorily. 22 meets under implementation and they disobey 4 aspects, for the ones that they proposed a strategy for led to catch up with a superior level.
