Evidence in legal matters, in any of the spheres of law, is highly important, since there is no judicial process that does not strictly depend on it. As a requirement, so that the presumption of innocence is weakened, it can only be condemned with true evidence against the charge, practiced precisely in the oral trial with all the guarantees. The defense of such guarantees would be violated without a professional who, empowered with their knowledge and techniques, learned from law school, did not make an adequate defense of them. This article proposes an analysis of the educational skills of Ecuadorian law students, for the development of an educational strategy that enhances the attitudes of students in the confrontation and defense of evidence during the judicial act. For the development of the article, the inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic investigative methods were used, through which the approach to the educational problem was achieved. Finally, the learning strategy that collaborates with the performance of the future professional before the practice of evidence and the judicial debate is proposed.
