The Cuban accomplishes an analysis of the educational context himself in this article and of the process of perfecting that takes effect specifically in the Primary Education that promotes the development of the process of educational inclusion for which the preparation of the teacher, that has the important mission of educating at his classrooms heterogeneous pupils’ groups with different disabilities, with a significant predominance in those that possess intellectual disability is imposed, motive. The attention to the diversity in Cuba is a professional challenge for the teachers, looking for alternatives that they favor the development of every pupil taking his individual differences into account; a task is more complicated, that you foresee the study and the quest of alternatives made suitable to each case in particular. Offering an education of quality for all, the road should be to follow the teacher, like facilitator compromised with the change, with an ample knowledge of every one of its pupils, its interests, motivations, potentialities and needs. The objective is to reflect on the preparation of the teacher of the Primary Education, for the achievement of pupils’ educational inclusion with intellectual, municipality disability for it Bullock Drivers, in the provinces Havana.
