The following written memory is based from a conception dialectical materialist on the significance that has the formation of competitions in the Ecuadorian educators to contribute in favor of a society more productive and less consumistas, based on the innovation and the ethics in the contemporary context of the education. For it the present work approaches the necessity of the human performance starting from a pertinent conception that requires the development of competitions, those that incorporate from the formation and the empírea to assume more and more complex and global processes. In a same way, the context of a society marked by the access to the knowledge needs him to be acquired systems of knowledge that incorporate the fellow competitions that you/they allow him to be inserted in a more and more competitive Word for the development of a more holistic and humanist posture.
