This paper addresses the social problem of science and technology expressed in the need to apply the procedures of information management to make comparative studies in education as a relevant and current need in the process of training students of undergraduate degree in Education. This social problem of science and technology is formulated taking into account the global need to contribute to the formation of competencies for the management of information opposed to a technocratic and economistic conception from comparative education.
