In the humanity's history, fundamentally starting from the xx century, events that denote the necessity of a moral reflection about the human activity and their implications in the atmosphere have taken place. Of there the necessity to incorporate the bioethics debate in the pedagogic process that is developed in the different education levels, from a perspective characteristic of the particularities of the Latin American countries and of the Caribe. In the work theoretical and methodological foundations are presented in that the bioethics education is sustained, as contribution to the civic formation of the fellows. In this respect the approaches of different authors they are valued and positions are assumed that contribute to the address of the pedagogic process, from an ethical, axiological, humanist, dialogic, problemist and interdisciplinary focus.
