The work presented is a partial result of the research on academic performance in the cadets of the National Air Force Academy of the Republic of Angola. It includes the empirical observation of the educational reality, in relation to the training of the National Air Force Academy cadets, as a background that contributes to the improvement of their competent professional performance, which responds to the needs of the Angolan Armed Forces and society in particular. in general, expressed in the basic law of the education system, the internal regulations of the National Air Force Academy and the guidelines for the improvement of the management of the Higher Education Subsystem of the Republic of Angola. The importance of this result is that it confirms the need for changes in military disciplines and the relevance of a didactic strategy aimed at achieving a developer learning with a professional approach to contribute to the improvement of the academic performance of the National Air Force Academy cadets.
