The purpose of this article is to make a reflection from a new perspective, cultural history that integrates all educational agents, families, the community and institutions that bet on early childhood. This analysis is the product of the doctoral research: "An inclusive educational strategy for early childhood in El Salvador"; with a multidisciplinary approach that opens the thought towards the integration of culture, characterization of the boy and girl, cognitive and socio-affective processes from neuro education, intersectoral advances in the territories making a historical journey of public and private institutional participation, as well such as international aid workers and NGOs, who are contributing to this effort to support families and the country's child population. For this, the conceptualization of early childhood, the cognitive and socio-affective processes, the advances in the changes of upbringing and family habits were reviewed; as well as access to health, education and child protection in the country.
