The presence of increasingly shorter business cycles at the international level and the updating of the socialist economic and social development model pose a challenge for Cuban enterprises with respect to increasing competitiveness. The general objective of the article is to present a proposal for the measurement of business competitiveness by means of variables that respond to the proposal of dimensions. For this purpose a conceptual analysis was made on the systems of indicators, the characteristics of competitiveness indicators and an Excel tool was elaborated to allow their processing.
