Intellectual capital is the effect of the synergy of knowledge, the preponderance of ideas over emotions and its manifestation takes the form of strategies, quality projects, process approach, discoveries, innovations, market presence and influence and recognition in society. The diagnosis made in the commercial divisions of the Copextel S. A Corporation identifies insufficient transmission of knowledge, lack of knowledge of established norms and procedures and the non-existence of corporate strategies for customer loyalty. Indicators are designed in three groups that respond to the identification of elements of intellectual capital that have an impact on the superior performance of human capital, on the improvement of organizational processes and on customer satisfaction.
