The current context has imposed on biopharmaceutical, medical equipment and devices organizations a change in their management systems and work strategies. Specifically for the case of Cuba, this sector is an example where a strong strategic, innovation, process management, risk, quality and productive chains approach is manifested. The objective of this article is to reflect on the actions developed by this sector from Management Science, through an analysis of the specialized bibliography, the written press and the experiences shown on national television about the intense work of this sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.
