The top leadership of the country has stated the need for the development of a broader culture that should start from the earliest ages, and this would be impossible if it does not start with the teaching by example, the ideal of a child aesthetically formed. In this regard it is requested to address to the aesthetics  cultural training of the elementary educator that is responsible for the education of children from 0-6 years old, a sensitive period to develop perception and creation, while all this is integrated in their personality. The Model of the Professional is the guiding document, source and starting point for the design of the curriculum in general. It is a regulatory tool for training and self-training, implying an extraordinary practical value, always active in the training process of elementary educators. It is our purpose to reflect on what characterizes the educator with an aesthetics pedagogical culture and how to contribute to its development in children's institutions.
