The objective of the work is to identify the main gaps in credit financing for MSMEs in Cuba and show ways to strengthen the impact of bank credit on the development of these economic actors. The main international microcredit trends are mentioned. The ways of improvement are based on the implementation of financial policies for the promotion of enterprises in the country.
