It is proposed a method that allows to study the galvanic skin response in animals aimed at analyzing the different factors taking part in its genesis. 3 groups of rats were studied to this end. the first group was injected with adrenaline, the second one was deprived of REM sleep for 48 hours, and the third group received neither food nor water during 48 hours. The values of electrical resistance of the skin were measured by this method and statistical tests were made in order to corroborate it.
