Resumo

Documentary research was conducted in order to assess the influence of care management in the quality of health care. It was considered the importance of using all necessary and available resources to meet the needs and expectations of patients, their families and health team during the activities implemented for this purpose. This was an essential element of capacity development, relational and spiritual powers manifest the nursing professional in the speech, focusing on vocational and high moral values, expressed as personality traits of the professional. The quality call us to satisfy the demands of patient, family and health team, to compliment with the rules, procedures and institutional rules and system, being the excellence every effort to achieve favorable results with the least possible cost, is to strive with the people in our care as we would be strive to ourselves. Raising the quality of health care as goal shared by the professionals who are due to this. We conclude that careful management contributes to the quality of health care, provided that their manic objective is to satisfy the needs of users technically optimal solutions in consciously math the particular commitment we have assumed formally to society to care for the most vulnerable engaging the heart, mind and whole being.
