A clinical case of posttraumatic cutaneous defect of 4 years of evolution with exposure of the bone in the anteroexternal side of the medial third of the right leg is presented. The cutaneous covering was attained by muscular flap, for which the peroneus brevis muscle was used, preserving its proximal vascularization. It was completed with a partial skin graft. The evolution was satisfactory and our objective was achieved.
