An intervention study was performed with the parpose of kniwong the affectiveness of group dynamics in the stimulation of psychomotor development in children of 12-18 months of age. Two groups of 15 children were selected, lach of them belongs to 23 Health Clinics "Family Physician" of the Communitary Traching Polyclinic of Previsora, Camaguey, from January to August, 1995. Mothers of the first group or study group, received an Influence System created on the bases of group dynamies' principles, about the Early Stimulation of Psychomotor Development at this age; mothers of the second group or comparison group did not receive this system so, a survey was applied to both before and after intervention for determining the information level and describing achievements and acquisitions obtained in the different spheres of psychomotor development. Data were processed through a computer. As the most important data, we obtained that the initial information level was insufficient in both groups; after intervention, information increased in the study group from 46.67% to 100%. Concluding, achievements and acquisitions had very significant improvements in this group contrary to the comparison group.
