Cuba has been impacted by meteorological phenomena because of its geographical characteristics, which have caused natural disasters. These meteorological events have left human damages and materials. It leads to a better preparation of its population for the confrontation to those negative consequences including the strengthening of the resilience capacity with emphasis in the pupil with disabilities
