The objective is to determine the significance of Marti's educational thought in Cuba between 1990 and 2012 through the analysis of sources of information on the subject. From the identification in each document of its general approach, the fundamental theses and the focused Martian ideas, the authors inferred the vitality of the object of study and the dynamics of the reception of the Martian ideology on education are inferred; It is established that Marti's educational philosophy, theoretically supports the national reality and is recognized as a reference of the philosophy of education, education theory and the value system in Cuba.
