The direction of learning in Biology is a necessity for the orientation of the educational teaching process. The teacher must be competent to impart and direct the teaching of Biology with quality. The article has been a research result and its objective is: to propose methodological procedures to establish the structure-property-function-function relationship as a central focus in Biology. For its realization, methods of the theoretical level, the empirical level and the mathematical statistical level were used. With the application of these didactic procedures, the direction of learning in Biology teachers was perfected.
