Metrológica S.A is a company dedicated to offering calibration services. Some customers have been dissatisfied with non-conforming services and non-compliance with delivery times in the process of calibrating pressure equipment. The objective of the research was to implement lean manufacturing tools, particularly 5 S; Kaizen; Andon and Kanban as a contribution to improving work productivity. The conduct of a quantitative, cross-sectional, and non-experimental study allowed the reduction of calibration cycle time and the failure rate due to delivery of equipment that had not been calibrated. This results in an increase in productivity per day.
