The article proposes pedagogical actions of the institutional educational project of doctoral research "The preparation of the teacher in the educational attention of students with special educational needs associated or not with disability". The activities are oriented to the educational attention of students with special educational needs. With this purpose, actions are conceived for the preparation of teachers and other educational agents in the care of students with special educational needs associated or not with disabilities in correspondence with the demands and demands of the educational-cultural context active in Primary Education. The research is based on the dialectical-materialist approach; Theoretical level methods, empirical level, mathematical statistics were used and the bibliographic filing technique was used for the critical study of the sources from their internal and external criticism of the documents that regulate the procedures and the indications for the development object of investigation. the preparation of the teacher in the educational attention of students with special educational needs, as well as the review of the documentation of the technical and management bodies of the educational process that takes place in Primary Education, to obtain information about the object of study.
