In the present research it was carried out systematically respecting the processes of design, validation and application of instruments in seven stages; the first stage is the preliminary elaboration of the instruments, the second stage the validation of the instruments by seven expert judges; the third stage restructuring of the instruments with the contributions and observations acquired in the feedback of the expert judges; the fourth phase of implementation of the three questionnaires; of social skills, communication skills and school coexistence to the pilot sample of hospital teachers at national and international level and the fifth stage the validation and statistical scientific reliability of the three questionnaires, the sixth stage restructure with statistical scientific contributions and finally the seventh stage apply the questionnaires to the real sample of the research to the 137 hospital teachers.
