A linguistic policy project for the university training of Spanish-Literature teachers is presented. It arises as an alternative for the integrated and integral treatment of aspects common to other linguistic policies formulated for different educational contexts. To this end, a sociolinguistic exploration was carried out through a scientific-methodological seminar organized by the National Career Commission, from which actions of national and local scope were derived. As a result, proposals and suggestions were integrated in the conception of the linguistic policy, which is structured by a normative body and a propositional one that correspond to the training model of the education professional in this specialty. The regulations derived from this proposal are specified in objectives, strategies, actions and activities particularized to the sociolinguistic reality of the context in which it is applied.
