The article shows the proposal of a Didactic Conception for the Teaching-Learning Process (PEA) of the Mathematics Didactics subject with an ethical, axiological and humanist approach in the bachelor's degree in education with a mention in mathematics at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) in which the human being is focused, his needs and interests, and the training in values ​​as guiding and regulating elements of behavior. The objective of the article is to argue the components and structure that make up the didactic conception. Scientific research methods were used such as: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic analysis, systematization, systemic, modeling, inductive-deductive, observation, survey, interview, consultation with specialists, frequency distributions and measures of central tendency (mode and median). In the systematization carried out of the theoretical-methodological foundations, results of research carried out on the humanist ethical-axiological approach applied to Education by Chacón and to Mathematics by Taveras were identified, as well as research on the didactics of Chevallard's mathematics, Brousseau, Buquet, Ballester. The conception was valued by specialists who considered its applicability in the Dominican context. The results of its implementation revealed tendencies towards the improvement of the PEA of the Didactics of Mathematics with this approach.
