One of the most complex phenomena in the contemporary world constitutes it the quick development of the neoliberal globalization manifested in all the environments of happening economic, political, social, scientific, and especially from the cultural thing the vertiginous consequences are appreciated in the strong threat to the cultural identities and the vulnerability of the human being's values, challenges that require the improvement of the professional acting of the educational ones in relation to the formation process and evolution of the Cuban cultural identity. The investigation has as objective: To base the formation process and evolution of the identity Cuban culture. It was used methods like analysis and the synthesis for the revision and determination of the fundamental elements, the historical-logical method and the systematizing, as well as the induction and the deduction. He/she offers a panorama of the formation process and evolution of the identity Cuban culture from their genesis to the present time. The formation process, favors to the integral formation of the personality, because it impacts so much in the aspect cognitive, as the affective one, contributing to the formation of the aesthetic conscience since he/she goes fundamentally to wake up emotions and feelings in the human beings.
