CARRILLO MURILLO, Paolina de Lourdes; SANTANA, Hilda Liset Sosa  e  MORALES, Carmen de la Caridad Díaz. Comprehensive sexuality education for students with visual disabilities from the institutional educational project. Varona [online]. 2023, n.77  Epub 30-Ago-2023. ISSN 1992-8238.

Educational attention to diversity is a requirement for quality, in that sense, all aspects of the learner's personality are included. Those with visual limitations show deficiencies in the perception of sexuality. In this sense, the objective is to reflect on those aspects to be considered when conceiving comprehensive sexuality education with an inclusive approach for students with visual impairment, in the institutional educational project of general education schools. Four interrelated stages were projected, which consider visual functioning, the use of psycho-pedagogical and tiflotechnological resources, the development of sensory integration, autonomy, protagonism and psychosexual well-being, as a contribution to the integral development of the personality of visually impaired students. With a dialectical-materialistic perspective, qualitative research is assumed and theoretical, empirical and mathematical methods are used, with the protagonist participation of special education support teachers, general education teachers and families. The instruments and the evaluations obtained reveal the need for a strategic solution, in correspondence with the current demands of educational inclusion, within the framework of the III Improvement of education in Cuba.

Palavras-chave : inclusion; supports; general education; psychosexual.
