Resumo

Objective:

The paper aims at devising the dynamics of the educational orientation of the military teacher, as a mediator between educational labor and praxis, in a context of cultural diversity.

Methods:

The authoress rely on the holistic-dialectical method to construct a framework of a sociocultural model of intercultural educational orientation.

Result:

Educational orientation is revealed as a context of the systematization of the ethical-professional values of the military personnel, focus to cultural diversity. Intercultural educational reflexivity is viewed as a dynamic generating quality in teachers and students, that, expresses the positive significance and importance of establishing respectful, constructive and enriching relationships between subjects from different cultures, to achieve favorable results in military activity.

Conclusion:

The educational systematization in ethical-professional values, being the core of the educational orientation, is a premise and outcomes from the process of construction of cultural interactivity by students and teachers, in which the social meanings is shared and the subjective sense of attention to cultural diversity is figured out.
