Resumo

Objective:

This paper aims at devising a methodology for educational guidance for increasing in-service teacher trainees’ qualifications, the proposal is based on interdisciplinary relations. Methods: The systematic record of teacher trainees shows a poor level of professional skills development. To achieve higher standards, the authors devised a didactic procedure oriented to impact. The procedure provides three levels of assistance and techniques for analysis and synthesis to be followed in all disciplines of the curriculum.

Result:

The main finding is the methodology for managing impact in the education of Spanish and Literature teacher education.

Conclusion:

The introduction of the methodology for managing impacts through a period of two academic years resulted in higher qualification standards graduates professional skills, improvements in the practicum component, and analytics technics for problem-solving.
