This paper addresses the need to strengthen the link between advances in science, technology and information, and current management techniques applicable at the University of Cienfuegos. Proposes minimizing management time and with it increase the quality of processes. The new proposal of General Directorates Organization, Planning and Information, experimental today in several provinces of the country, this activity requires a concurrence in time and space of subjects and media interact, guided by the agreed objectives. also strengthens the preparation of cadres in management processes and the use of information and communications technology to facilitate information management. It is an important tool for planning the activities of individual development of each teacher and r impact on the quality of professional performance from individual to collective overcoming postgraduate results of the department, area or entity.
