Resumo

The present work has the aim of improving the teaching staff’s management in accordance with the power construction to achieve the students and teachers’ formation in the basic link. It states the Accounting and Finances fifth year teaching staff’s management experiences in the power construction to achieve the individual formation. A methodology of investigation with participating actions is applied with the help of the following methods. The principal result reveals positive transformations denoting a higher dynamism and creativity in the main teacher’s role and the group teaching staff, an increase of teachers and students’ participation in the achievement of the educative strategy goals, a most democratic situation among everybody, an increasing in student’s prominent role and a quality rising in power construction as well.
