In the current educational context, inclusive education is an essential element at all levels of education and aims to facilitate educational attention that favors the maximum possible development of all students. From this perspective, tutoring from an inclusive approach becomes a benchmark of quality and a requirement in response to the social commitment of equity and equality to the rights to education in the university context. In the present work the considerations about the tutoring with this conception are addressed, in the Career Talent for Children and Initial Education, of the Metropolitan University of Ecuador.
