Allergic rhinitis (AR) is the most frequent allergic disease and one of the most common pathologies worldwide, particularly in developed countries, although it is considered a banal disease has an important impact on the quality of life, so the goal of this study is to obtain information about the risk factors and prevalence related to symptoms suggestive of allergic rhinitis in children from 3 to 5 years taking into account the factors that can lead to their development. An epidemiological, cross-sectional, descriptive survey was conducted, with a universe of 429 patients obtaining a sample of 46 patients between 3-5 years of age with symptoms suggestive of allergic rhinitis. The younger preschool population of 3 to 5 years also presents symptomatology suggestive of allergic rhinitis and certain risk factors such as gender, vaccination, animal exposure are related to the world literature, in contrast other risk factors such as family history, use of contraceptives, antibiotics, paracetamol during pregnancy, type of delivery, premature vaccination, number of siblings, attendance at day care centers should be extended their studies to determine if they are related to allergic rhinitis.
