Supported by the quantitative method, a non-experimental, descriptive investigation is developed by applying techniques such as the survey. Concluding on the level of perception of poverty that the inhabitants have, it is between the ranges 41 - 60% given by the lack of culture, in addition to that there is an indirect relationship between poverty and education since the latter allows the social being to have a better vision of the life and strive to improve your present.
