The article aims to expose the usefulness of teaching aids in the teaching-learning process in primary education in Angola, with an emphasis on mathematics as a discipline that stimulates the cognitive development of schoolchildren in this curricular unit. As activities that can be developed in the classroom environment motivating students, stimulating them for social and moral development to awaken mathematical logical reasoning. She states that it is increasingly important to understand the effects of time spent in educational contexts on play behaviors, and to protect the freedom that the child has to play during their school experience.
