Articulating substantive processes in Higher Education is a perspective that must be assumed from broader and more innovative conceptions that constitute a pedagogical response that recognizes the potential of the virtual environment. The particularities of this process, such as synthesis and integration of the theoretical, political and practical positions, suppose the conception that is sustained and results from an investigation carried out from the current technological condition in which virtuality is carried out in the university. The objective is: to articulate the substantive processes that promote a university culture from this learning modality. It was decided to work with three units of analysis, academia, research and linkage. As a result, the article generates actions for the implementation of online learning, which organizes, guides and evaluates educational practice under current conditions. The actions were submitted to the criteria of 10 experts and become results of the project shared by the Systems and Initial Education careers. The articulation of substantive processes implies a change in educational conceptions and practices; therefore, it is necessary that, in the training of teachers, they experience this process as part of their professional updating and enrichment and that everyone is involved in it.
