The study of Social Representation is a field of research that accumulates results in different areas in psychology. Knowing the representation of a concept is the starting point to understand how a phenomenon is experienced at the psychosocial group level. The general objective of this study is to be able to characterize said representational in its information, attitudes and field dimensions in this group of workers. This a qualitative investigation of multiple case studies was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample of typical subjects with n = 30. A questionnaire, semantic differential, drawing and free composition were used as instruments, all of which allowed to characterize the level of information, attitudes and the representational field of the sample. In the results fount an adequate level of information on the subject is not found, in line with that the attitudes are ambiguous. Therefore, there is no culture of use of the term empowerment, nor is it used as a management strategy. However, results can be improved through coaching and empowerment, starting with owners as change enablers in the organization.
