From the necessity of giving answer to the social demands, the growing demands for the insert in sociocultural processes, technical, productive scientists, of services, among others; the university professors play a key paper in the development of the country; they are exactly those that form their professionals and they should be highly competent in their science and in the sciences of the education. Therefore, the objective of this article is to demonstrate the need and importance of training teaching skills at the university, for a professional activity with higher quality, contextualization and excellence.
