The present paper, from a qualitative point of view, intends to characterize the distinctive aspects of the organizational culture of Guerrillero newspaper of Pinar del Río, Cuba. This research show the existence of a strong culture aimed at the fulfillment of its goals, resisting to change, and where values such as professionalism, responsibility, discipline and solidarity prevail, in spite of difficulties in the communication channels and the lack of a leader.
