The present investigation studied the dialogic communication between the graduates of the Doctoral Program of Physical Culture Sciences (PDCF) of the Universidad de Oriente and the administrative employers of this human resource, regarding the use of their condition in their job position, the degree of satisfaction with the training received, as well as the satisfaction of the administrative staff. It was observed that the dynamics of maximum use of these results in the labor insertion of these graduates is not always fulfilled. The objective is to promote communicative dialogical communication between PDCF graduates and their employers through teaching-methodological actions aimed at improving the way of acting of this professional. The study was descriptive and explanatory, using theoretical (analysis-synthesis and systemic-structural-functional) and empirical methods (observation: to classes and teaching-research activities, document review and techniques such as interviews: to teachers, and teachers). We worked with a population of 32 doctoral students and a sample of eight, who were the graduates of the period between 2020-22, four female and four male. Of them, five belong to the INDER organization of Santiago de Cuba and three to the FCF of the Universidad de Oriente. The result is materialized in the improvement of dialogic communication between the parties declared from the application of teaching-methodological actions conceived and their evaluative indicators for their measurement.
