Laryngeal chondrosarcoma is a rare tumor mainly located in the cricoid cartilage. The objective of this article was to present the case of a patient with giant chondrosarcoma of the cricoid cartilage diagnosed and treated at “Hermanos Amejeiras” hospital general surgery service. The main aspects of the clinical presentation of this disease together with the results of diagnosing studies and the surgical technique performed in this case were described
