A case of abdominal pregnancy with an exact duration of 62.4 weeks, according to the date of the last menstruation of the patient, seen during our medical mission in Haití is reported. The patient underwent surgery, where the abdominal pregnancy was confirmed and the dead fetus was removed. No other complications were observed. The patient was discharged with a satisfactory evolution. Literature on this topic was updated and reviewed.
