This paper presents a young male patient with a history of colic abdominal pain for two months and symptoms became more acute, with clinical diagnosis of acute abdomen. Emergency laparoscopy was indicated which showed at first purulent peritonitis and then a perforated small intestinal tumor was finally diagnosed. Laparatomy and resection of the lesion with malignant criterion were carried out. The histological study proved that it was a well-differentiated, mucoproducer and ulcerated adenocarcinoma that drained into serosa and was located in the proximal ileum. Recovery was satisfactory
