This paper presents the vase of a young female patient who went to the Outpatient Service and had non ulcerous dyspepsia. In the endoscopic study, a biopsy was obtained from the gastric lesion and which turned out to be a xanthelasma but not related to lipid metabolism in this case. Lesion was resected using biopsy forceps. A follow-up study at 6 months showed no relapse.
