Humanitarian international right is one of the public international right branch that in present world, is a very frequent violation by rich countries, and of the possibilities that the new technologies and the media must to grant to the world, this is a way to distort the information flowing through the so called network of networks, and it is essential to fight against this trend. The aim of present paper is to demonstrate the strict way in which historically, the Cuban health staff has fulfilled with that agreed in the four Geneva agreements of August 12, 1949. These agreements are completely in use and Cuba may to demonstrate proudly the behavior assumed in different scenarios in which we contributed to solidarity and internationalism. Present paper is based on testimonies achieved from interviews with some military physicians present in different missions of Medical Services of Revolutionary Army. Interviewed related their own experiences and there was a coincidence in the behavior regarding the duties like health staff (physician) in missions in which they were involved.
