NAKATANI, Paulo  e  GOMES, Helder. Nature and Contradictions of the Capitalist Crisis. Econ. y Desarrollo [online]. 2015, vol.154, n.1, pp. 4-22. ISSN 0252-8584.

The present article will study the fictitious capital, and its implications in the context of the international credit system. It is our will to demonstrate that the prevalence of the hot money, or parasitic capital, made possible to practically solve the crisis for this part of the capital, through the state's intervention. But, further sharpened the contradictions pointing to a deepening crisis or an economic stagnation. The article will study the role of the Fed and the dollar system and asymmetries created within the world capitalist system and the huge transfers of value and surplus value from the periphery to the center of the system.

Palavras-chave : hot money; fictitious capital; crisis; parasitic.
