The rights for their defense claim multiple guarantees and among them those of a judicial nature. If constitutional rights are involved, these types of guarantees are very important. In the present work, based on the regulations and limitations of this institution in the period 1976-2018, a small valuation of some judicial guarantees enshrined in the new supreme text is made and variants of a special process for higher rank tights are enunciated. Any of the above could be a way of implementing the regulation of the current constitutional 99.
