The global health contingency caused by the disproportionate spread of COVID-19 implied radical transformations in the comprehensive dynamics of our system of social relations, based on the inexorable requirement to resort to physical distancing to avoid chains of infection in a highly complex epidemiological scenario.In this area, the Cuban higher education system reasonably evaluated the possible variants to implement, and came to the determination that the most pertinent option involves the educational projection of virtuality as a training alternative.In this sense, the work that is presented systematizes a Proposal for the orientation, regulation and praxis of virtuality in the context of university education.
